Initial Comprehensive Assessment - 120

The Comprehensive Assessment typically lasts around 1 hour, and will include complete history, initial diagnostic impressions, and the workup of a treatment plan.

Once payment is made you are finished. If you don't already have an appointment, we will contact you through the contact information you provided in the previous pages to make your first appointment.
