Expect to be Challenged

You wouldn't be here if the way you are doing things has been working. That's why we do what we do. We want to make you the best version of yourself possible. We aren't looking for someone to sit in the chair every week. We want to turn you into a lean mean student of life. Counseling can be a struggle sometimes, but it wouldn't be worth it if it was easy. As Aristotle says, "for as it is not one swallow or one fine day that makes a spring, so it is not one day or a short time that makes a man blessed and happy.”

Expect to be Comfortable

You're going to be telling a stranger everything about you. We know that can be intimidating. But trust us, we are experts in making sure our clients are comfortable. Unlike medicine, where a neurosurgeon you've never met can open you up and fix you, there must be a level of rapport with your therapist. We are going to make sure we find someone you can open up to.

Expect Creativity

We are going to take things, turn them upside down, inside out, twist them around, and help you to figure out what works and what doesn't. To use some John Madden logic, we wanna use the stuff that works, and not use the stuff that doesn't.
